HR ANALYST

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide a high standard of customer service to HR colleagues, managers and employees.

Workday 'super admin' - Initiating and overseeing Workday transactions; manager and new starter training; regular system update testing, performance improvement testing and updates of associated Workday documentation;

Administration focal point supporting our Compensation & Benefits activities such as annual cycles including P11D preparation, annual benefits enrolments, gender pay gap data gathering and advising employees on general benefits queries;

Initiating Purchase Requisitions and Service Entries in SAP for invoices as required, directly liaising with the suppliers or Accounts Payable;

Super User for the client's onboarding system Service Now and manage the onboarding for all employee and contractor personnel

Management and recording of all absence scenarios for the UK business including sickness, maternity, paternity etc, ensuring active engagement with Occupational Health and Payroll where applicable;

Research, analyse, and present various sets of data as assigned on ad hoc basis ranging from salary information, absence data, headcount data, demographic statistics for HR team

Monitoring UK HR inbox and advising employees on various queries/delegating as appropriate to other team members

Analyse and produce monthly headcount reporting data for review by HR management and CI HQ;

Administration relating to employee life cycle activities such as preparation of confidential letters, employee record electronic filing, management of HR Service Centre Livelink area and management of service awards;

Expert user for maintenance of the HR pages on our internal intranet, The Pulse;

Have the ability to work independently with limited guidance to solve problems and make judgments and decisions on how to resolve situations;

Collaborates with internal personnel to improve processes, implement changes to HR processes or programs in order to maximise efficiency.

Performs other duties, completes additional tasks and supports ad hoc projects as required

QUALIFICATIONS/TRAINING:

CIPD qualified or working towards qualification

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Experience in a HR support/service centre role is essential

Experience of Compensation and Benefits administration is essential

Advanced level of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), with proven ability in Pivot Tables and Pivot Reporting

A minimum basic understanding of GDPR, clearly demonstrating and understanding of the importance of confidentiality;

Proficient in data analytics and HR reporting, demonstratively numerate;

Experience working with an HRIS is advantageous, preferably Workday;

Experience of working with an Information Management System and SAP would be preferred;

Must have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills;

Must have the ability to work in a professional and highly confidential environment;

Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding service to all levels of internal and external customers required;

Must have the ability to multi-task and handle multiple changing priorities while also assisting others with answers and solutions;

Must have the aptitude for continuously learning, evaluating, and using technology to increase the quality and efficiency of the HR processes;

Must be able to work well with tight deadlines and be a team player others can count on to support the goals of the team.
