IDCMPS has opening for the position of Technical Engineer
· Trouble shooting device problems with field technicians
· Kiosks re-engineering suggestions and installations options...
· Approving and reviewing the quality of branding by following up with the branding team.
·Installing HW peripherals on site.
· Kiosk installation and testing, plus maintaining HW release note with the clients/hosts
· Maintaining and managing HW observations sheets with clients.
· Procurement like(spear parts, note acceptor ,printer PC, and all cable connection) as well as doing the BOQ for the project.
· On daily basis, need to check all POS machine and tickets printers, thermal printer and maintain it.
· Daily morning and evening monitoring all POS machine items, which was located properly.
· The monitoring process and daily maintenance.
· iPad and iPod list need to maintain daily basis and maintain it.
· Ticket quantity and receipt roll inventory stock list has submitted to Salem.
· Cleaning the card printer every week with a special card for cleaning
· Daily morning testing Membership camera and maintain it.
· On daily basis, need to check all IPAD and maintain it.
· On daily basis, need to check all MICROSOFT SURFACE PRO and maintain it.
· On daily basis, need to check all SAMSUNG TAB S6
· On daily basis, need to check and test Membership id card printer and there is one more in main ticketing and 2 printers in Key Pass Room and maintain it.
· Daily morning, need to check customer display in all the counter
· CARDPRESSO software issues and maintenance.
· Resolving issues or update in dot ticketing software for pos or kiosk
