Job Description

Deliveries

Review purchase orders for accuracy
Raise sales orders within ERP
Ensure accuracy of all sales orders for invoicing purposes
Schedule shipping dates based on lead time information
Send sales order acknowledgement to customers
Monitor open order progress and liaise with internal departments to ensure expediting is on schedule
Release sales order pick lists to the warehouse
Respond to customer requests for sales order support in a timely manner
