Job Description

Key Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
5 years’ experience in operating and maintaining office, hospitality, commercial and light industrial facilities.
Be qualified as a certified tradesman as a plumber, or carpenter, electrician, or HVAC
Be able to repair door locks, address small plumbing leaks and blockages,
Troubleshoot air conditioning systems, boilers, heaters, appliances
Strong knowledge in Fire Alarm System operation, maintenance, regulations, and procedures.
Knowledge of Fire Codes, Building Codes and Life Safety Systems.
