Job Description

We are seeking skilled and experienced Rig Managers for permanent roles in Land Rig Operations. These positions offer a 35/35 rotation schedule and come with a competitive compensation package.
It's a permanent hire role based in KSA
Oversee and manage rig operations, ensuring the safe and efficient running of the rig.
Supervise and coordinate daily rig operations and maintenance activities.
Lead and manage the rig crew, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards.
Proven experience as a Rig Manager for Land Rig Operations.
Strong knowledge of rig operations, maintenance, and safety protocols.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage and motivate teams in a high-pressure environment.
