Job Description
Qualifications10+years experience as a DrillingSuperintendent years Oil and Gas Experience
Experienced Lump Sum Turnkey Projects would be advantage
Fluent in Arabic essential
Operations supervisory experience
Land Rig experience essential
Shallow Well experience would be an advantage
Previous experience working in the Middle East is required
Ability to comprehend, understand and implement a Quality and Safety Environment
Basic financial understanding (budget and forecasting)
Competent on Computers
Proven people-management, organizational- and team skills
Enthusiastic, pro-active and the ability to carry out tasks under instruction
Good mentoring / leadership skills
