Job Description:
We are seeking a 2nd Officer to join a busy 70m+ private/charter motor yacht operating on a dual-season itinerary. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified OOW 3000GT looking to step into their first officer’s role. You’ll be working under a supportive Chief Officer and Captain, making this an excellent chance to grow into a senior deck team position while contributing to an active and professional crew environment.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assist the Chief Officer with deck and bridge operations
• Stand navigational watches and ensure compliance with safety procedures
• Supervise deck crew in daily maintenance and guest operations
• Participate in tender driving, water sports support, and guest activities
• Step up into management duties as required and demonstrate leadership potential

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• OOW 3000GT certificate (mandatory)
• EU passport holder (due to flag state requirements)
• Valid B1/B2 visa (required for vessel itinerary)
• Experience on busy 60m+ yachts (preferred)
• Strong leadership potential with excellent deck and bridge knowledge

Employment Details:
• Contract Type: Permanent
• Start Date: October 10th, 2025 (Mid October)
• Salary: €6,000 DOE + shared charter tips
• Leave: 60 days annually
