Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced OOW Bosun to join a 70m private dual-season motor yacht. The vessel has just completed a busy charter season in the Mediterranean and is wrapping up its final owner’s trip before heading to Spain for a winter shipyard period in preparation for the 2026 Mediterranean season. The yacht has excellent crew longevity, and the environment onboard is social, sporty, and professional, making it an ideal program for a career-focused Bosun.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Lead and manage the deck team in daily maintenance and operations
• Stand navigational watches (for OOW-qualified candidates)
• Operate and maintain large tenders and chase boats confidently
• Oversee guest water sports and deck activities
• Ensure safe and efficient deck operations during busy owner and charter programs

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• OOW 3000GT in hand (preferred) or majority completed with strong Bosun background
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Bosun on busy programs
• Strong leadership and proven team management skills
• Excellent tender driving and deck maintenance knowledge
• EU passport or valid Schengen visa (essential)
