Job Description

FIRST MATE position available for a Private 25m S/Y (Ultimate racing Yacht)
▪️ Currently based in Mallorca. Regatta programs throughout the Med and Caribbean (Candidates who have, or eligible to get a Spanish working/residential Visa, as ashore whilst in Home port.)
▪️ ASAP/November start
▪️ Very competitive salary paid in Euros, DOE – 4 weeks leave
▪️ Previous experience on a performance sailing yacht of a similar size is essential, with a racing background
▪️ Exceptional strategic and navigational skills
▪️ Possess the ability to hit the ground running, working closely under the Captain
▪️ Yachtmaster Ocean (Preferred)
