Job Description:
We are seeking an Electrician to join a Container Carrier Vessel. The successful candidate must hold a valid US Visa, as the vessel regularly calls at ports in the United States. The role involves the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all electrical and electronic systems onboard, ensuring safe and reliable vessel operations.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Maintenance and repair of electrical and automation systems onboard
• Troubleshooting faults in power distribution, lighting, and control systems
• Assisting engine department with planned maintenance schedules
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and reporting defects promptly
• Supporting emergency drills and procedures

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Valid US Visa (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Electrician on container vessels or similar ship type
