Job Description:
We are currently seeking an Engine Fitter to join a Container Carrier Vessel. Candidates must hold a valid US Visa, as the vessel operates on international routes and regularly calls at ports in the United States. The role focuses on supporting the engine department in maintenance, fitting, and repair work to ensure reliable and safe vessel performance.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Carrying out fitting and repair tasks for main and auxiliary machinery
• Assisting engineers with planned and corrective maintenance
• Fabrication, welding, and use of workshop equipment as required
• Ensuring all work complies with safety and environmental standards
• Supporting emergency drills and procedures when necessary

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Valid US Visa (mandatory)
• Prior experience as Engine Fitter on Container Carrier or similar vessel
