Job Description:
We are urgently hiring for various positions onboard a Ro-Ro Pax Vessel with Starhorse Shipping Lines, Inc. The company operates in the maritime transport sector, specializing in passenger and cargo services. We are seeking candidates for the following positions:

Master
Chief Mate
Pilot Master
Chief Engineer
2nd Engineer
Oiler
Quarter Master
Deck Cadet
Engine Cadet

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Master: Ensure the overall safe operation of the vessel, manage all crew activities, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Chief Mate: Assist the Master in deck operations, supervise deck crew, and ensure vessel maintenance.
• Pilot Master: Navigate and guide the vessel through difficult waterways and port approaches.
• Chief Engineer: Oversee engine room operations, ensure the proper functioning of machinery, and manage engine room staff.
• 2nd Engineer: Assist the Chief Engineer in managing engine room operations and maintenance.
• Oiler: Perform maintenance and cleaning of engine room machinery and assist with operational tasks.
• Quarter Master: Assist with navigational duties and support the bridge team during operational watches.
• Deck Cadet: Assist in deck operations, gain practical experience, and learn from senior officers.
• Engine Cadet: Support the engine department, assist with machinery maintenance, and learn on the job.

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates for relevant positions
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• For Deck Cadet and Engine Cadet: No prior experience required, but candidates must be eager to learn and develop professionally
• Valid passport and seafarer’s book
