Job Description
We are looking for a Chief Cook (C/C) to join our team in Nigeria ASAP.
Offshore - Seismic/Research Vessel
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare meals for crew members on board - 45-50 people
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the galley and food storage areas
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Follow safety protocols and regulations in food handling and storage
Requirements:
- international skills / cuisine knowledge
- Valid STCW certification +
FOOD HANDLING COURSE
HACCP
OGUK MEDICAL
BOSIET with CA-EBS course Opito Approved
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of international cuisine and dietary restrictions
We offer rotation of 2 months on/off and competitive wage.
