Start date: Mid May
Location: Mediterranean / Spain
Salary: EUR 7500/month
8 weeks on/off rotation
Requirements:
Previous charter experience essential as Head Chef on 50m-70m yachts
Schengen visa (if required)
Culinary trained/qualified
Ships Cook (although flag exemption DOE and training)
STCW, ENG1, F&H level 3
Restaurant background preferred
Wide range of culinary ability, as well as solid knowledge of dietary and cultural restrictions.
Well organised, accurate provisioning and budgeting as well as experience working with tight turnarounds
