Prepare high-quality sauces, stocks, and reductions with precision.
Ensure consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation.
Train and mentor junior chefs in sauce-making techniques.
Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and cost control standards.
What We’re Looking For
Experience as a Sous Chef Saucier or Chef de Partie Saucier in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
Expertise in classic French and international sauces.
Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
Valid STCW certification and C1/D visa (or willingness to obtain).
