Sous/Crew Chef for 60m Charter Motor Yacht (Caribbean)

Job Description

Start date: 17 April

Location: Caribbean – crossing to the Med soon after joining

Salary: EUR 5000+ DOE

Leave: 49 days/annum


Requirements:

Previous restaurant experience preferred, ideally having worked across a variety of culinary disciplines.
1+ seasons as chef on smaller yachts or crew chef on similar size or larger yachts.
Charter experience also a bonus although not essential but must come from a busy programme.
Additional skills such as pastry, etc are desirable.
Schengen visa (if required)
STCW, ENG1, F&H level 2
Cleanliness is a must. Good time-management and quantity-control. Wide range of healthy menu options throughout the week. Gluten-free and vegan options.
